Exousia 2009 - An Overview

Exousia ’09 started off the journey on Oct 02 to reveal the holiness standard expected by our Most Holy God in each one of us. More than 200 young participants from 10 different fellowships took part in various competitions such as Exousia special, skit, face painting and singing. The talents given by our LORD were exhibited for God’s own glory. Each fellowship enacted what God taught them about holiness.

Rev. Winfred Jeyaraj shared the word of God on “Blameless in Holiness”. The word of fire came down heaven and opened all bind eyes toward holiness. A special prayer time was conducted to submit our intercessions to God’s throne as a sweet smelling aroma. An anointing session equipped every individual for having right relationship with Jesus everyday until His coming.

Prizes for the winners of the competitions are distributed and it is just a reminder for all of us that we too have a prize to be won from Father’s dear hand

Exousia

Exousia has its origin from Greek which stands for Liberty, Freedom and the authority of the Believer". Exousia is a simple manifestation of the power and authority given to us by Jesus Christ. The Lord has given us that authority for self edification and for the edification of our fellow beings.
We are 'acting' on the Word of God. God has bestowed on us to become His children and do according to His mighty will. Exousia extends the Invitation of God to every one, according to John 1:12 (Yet to all who received Him to those who believe His name, he gave the right to become children of God) to become children of God and do as He did and do what He expects us to do.
Stepping out in the authority given to us by Jesus Christ as in Luke 10:19 (Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall in any wise hurt you) we believe that we will see Jesus rule every one of our lives and help us win-over this World through His authority
